Warranty & refund policy
What's covered, for how long, and how to claim a replacement or refund.
Every order is protected by escrow and a money-back warranty: your USDT is held until your order is delivered, and refunded if an account doesn't match its listing or a service isn't delivered as briefed. This policy explains what happens if something is wrong.
What's covered
- The account fails to log in with the delivered credentials.
- Karma, account age or email-binding status materially differs from the listing.
- The account is suspended or unusable at the time of delivery.
- A service (post or comment) is not delivered within the window or not published as briefed.
Warranty window
Each listing states its own warranty window. Claims must be raised within that window, starting from the moment of delivery. Where a listing does not state a window, a 24-hour login-verification window applies.
How a claim is resolved
Raise a claim through Contactor the channel shown on your order. We'll first offer a like-for-like replacement (or, for a service, re-do the work); if no suitable resolution is available, your escrowed USDT is refunded in full.
What voids cover
- Changing the password, email or recovery settings before verifying the login.
- Account actions taken after delivery (posting, bans triggered by your use).
- Claims raised after the warranty window has closed.
