Warranty & refund policy

What's covered, for how long, and how to claim a replacement or refund.

Every order is covered by a replacement-or-refund warranty: if an account doesn't match its listing, or a service isn't delivered as briefed, you get a like-for-like replacement or your money back. This policy explains what happens if something is wrong.

To be precise about what this is: your USDT is not held by a third party and there is no escrow release step. Payment settles to KarmaBay once it clears on-chain, and this warranty is the commitment you're relying on afterwards. Trust & safety covers the rest of what does and doesn't protect an order.

What's covered

  • The account fails to log in with the delivered credentials.
  • Karma, account age or email-binding status materially differs from the listing.
  • The account is suspended or unusable at the time of delivery.
  • A service (post or comment) is not delivered within the window or not published as briefed.
  • A post or comment we publish for you is removed within 12 hours of going live — we publish it again, free. This covers both the post service and the comment service.

Warranty window

Each listing states its own warranty window. Claims must be raised within that window, starting from the moment of delivery. Where a listing does not state a window, a 24-hour login-verification window applies.

How a claim is resolved

Raise a claim through Contact or the channel shown on your order. We'll first offer a like-for-like replacement (or, for a service, re-do the work); if no suitable resolution is available, your USDT is refunded in full.

What voids cover

  • Changing the password, email or recovery settings before verifying the login.
  • Account actions taken after delivery (posting, bans triggered by your use).
  • Claims raised after the warranty window has closed.
