Last updated: 29 June 2026

This policy explains what data KarmaBay collects and how it is used. KarmaBay is built to need as little personal data as possible. You buy as a guest, with no account.

1. Data we collect

  • Order email: the address you provide at checkout, used to deliver your order (account credentials or service proof) and order updates.
  • Service briefs: if you order a service, the instructions you submit at checkout (for example the target subreddit and the text to publish), used only to complete that order.
  • Order & payment metadata: the items ordered, amount, and payment status returned by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card or wallet keys.
  • Contact messages: the name, email and message you submit through the Contact form.

2. How we use it

We use this data only to process and deliver your order, provide support, handle warranty claims, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Payment processing

Payments are handled by a third-party crypto payment processor. Their handling of payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.

4. Email delivery

Transactional and contact emails are sent via a third-party email provider solely to deliver the messages you request or that complete your order.

5. Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide warranty support and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

6. Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of the personal data associated with your order or contact message via the Contact page, subject to legal retention limits.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
